Just plain amazing!
In all honesty I had a poor perception about lawyers in general, I hated the idea of needing one. Until I was referred to Jo Ann Ahles.
Jo Ann and her entire team have fought hard through my extremely difficult case and at the same time constantly made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. When I came to her I was a mess, overwhelming anxiety, a million questions and opinions and a few meltdowns, but working through this case with her and her firm they all helped to ease my anxiety, answered my million questions, explained anything I didn't understand as many times as it took for me to comfortably understand it and really made me feel 100% confident that they have my best interest in mind.
I would absolutely recommend Jo Ann Ahles, my only regret was not having her sooner.

Exceptional Lawyer
Jo Ann has a heart for helping people. She has always had our best interest in mind. She has handled our case with utmost respect. Anytime we had a question, she responded quickly with a knowledgeable answer for us. She has done everything within her power to present correct statutes for our case. Jo Ann is the best!!!!!!! She has been there for us through our whole process. She was willing to help us when no other attorney would. Compassion in law DOES exist!
Jo Ann is a FANTASTIC lawyer and an even better person. When I was referred to her, my divorce and custody case was a complete mess. I had terrible representation prior to retaining her. From the initial consultation, at the end of 2012 I believe, to the very last day we spoke on 02/2014, it was as if we had know each other for years. I never felt like I was out in the cold as I did with my previous attorney.
Jo took on my case with compassion and reworked all that was done previously without complaint. I never waited for her to return my calls, if she couldn't get to me, her wonderful legal assistant(s) did, which in turn made me feel at ease during such a terrible time. My never-ending divorce that began in mid 2011 ended not even a year after I retained her, FINAL 03/2013.
She's MAGIC! I recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs help with the family law areas and will continue to do so until she is no longer in practice. Thank you for everything Jo Ann and the Ahles Law Firm family!
